Middle School

Our students, whose educational journey started with primary school after pre-school, continue their secondary school education. Our goal in secondary school education is to create a school culture that enables our students to become academically, socially, physically and emotionally developed individuals.

We emphasize the importance of acquiring 21st century skills, as well as universal values and mental and physical stability. Our education focuses on developing research skills and scientific knowledge in in-class and out-of-class studies. Our education program implements an interdisciplinary education approach designed with the innovative perspectives of our academics. As a result, our students become individuals possessing high level of self-confidence and strong communication skills.

In the 8th grade, our students are expected to be individuals who have developed perception and critical thinking skills, can question and analyze the world they live in, have an intellectual perspective and can express themselves correctly and effectively in their native language as well as foreign languages.

Foreign language education, which starts at pre-school level, aims to enable students to master the target language at the CEF-B2 level within the framework of European Union standards by the end of the 8th grade. French lessons start in 5th grade and are aimed at providing a different cultural experience as well as learning different language skills. There are 10 English and 2 French lessons per week.

While designing the curriculum, students are considered to have access to knowledge and experience that lead to success in national and international exams. All teachers, including practical lesson teachers, work to raise independent, developing and responsible students, who are aware of their interests and abilities.

Field trips, public speaking, projects and experiments are the practical part of the academic program in our schools. Aiming at developing well-educated and versatile individuals, practical lessons and clubs continue carrying importance in secondary school.

There are many opportunities for responsibility and independence in the Middle School

Our program in the Lower School is based on active learning, learning by doing, learning by challenging, and stretching in ways that promote growth.

The Lower School strives to instill within each child a balance between individual development and commitment to community. Our invigorating and supportive environment stimulates and promotes ethical, social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth in every student.

For a student of this age, the most valuable skills and knowledge are not composed of isolated facts and repetitive drills, but come from the child’s ability to make meaning of the work by integrating it with prior knowledge and experience.

We welcome the pupils experiences and of all members of our community

Cultivates five core values: honesty, kindness, respect, responsibility and courage. Character development, problem solving and the expression of ideas.
