\n Temel hareket becerilerinin kazan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 2 – 7 ya\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki d\u00f6nem, \u00e7ocuklarda motor geli\u015fimin \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc evresidir ve temel hareketler d\u00f6nemi olarak adland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. V\u00fccudu yanlara, ileri – geri, yukar\u0131 – a\u015fa\u011f\u0131, \u00f6ne – arkaya do\u011fru, \u00fcst ve alt v\u00fccudu kontrol ederek hareket ettirebilmeyi sa\u011flayan beceriler i\u00e7erir. Bu temel becerilere \u00f6rnek olarak y\u00fcr\u00fcme, ko\u015fma, \u00e7\u00f6melme, tekme atma, atlama, s\u0131\u00e7rama, yakalama, sekme, f\u0131rlatma, ayakla topa vurma gibi el – g\u00f6z, g\u00f6z – v\u00fccut koordinasyonu gerektiren davran\u0131\u015flar say\u0131labilir. Bu t\u00fcr beceriler t\u00fcm \u00e7ocuklarda g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr ve ya\u015famsal faaliyetleri yerine getirmede herkes taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in temel beceriler olarak adland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.\n<\/p>\n

\n Temel hareketler d\u00f6neminde kaba bir \u015fekilde denenmeye ba\u015flanan motor beceriler, gittik\u00e7e geli\u015fen davran\u0131\u015flar i\u00e7erir ve birbirini takip eden \u00fc\u00e7 evreden olu\u015fur. \n<\/p>

<\/a>Ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 Evresi<\/h2>\n

\n Temel hareketler ilk olarak 2 – 3 ya\u015flar\u0131ndaki ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 evresinde ama\u00e7l\u0131 olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Hareketler d\u00fczg\u00fcn bir \u015fekilde ve s\u0131rayla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmeyebilir. Bedenin fiziksel kabiliyetleri ke\u015ffedilmeye ve denenmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ritmik uyum sa\u011flanamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ve bedenin kullan\u0131m\u0131 abart\u0131l\u0131 veya yetersizdir. \u0130lkel hareketler d\u00f6neminin devam\u0131 niteli\u011findeki bu d\u00f6nem \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde, d\u00f6nemin gerektirdi\u011fi davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcnde performans g\u00f6steren \u00e7ocuklar da bulunabilir.\n<\/p>

<\/a>\u0130lk Evre<\/h2>\n

\n 4 – 5 ya\u015flar\u0131nda g\u00f6zlemlenen davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7eren bir ge\u00e7i\u015f d\u00f6nemi olan ilk evre, davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n daha kontroll\u00fc ve uyumlu bir hal almaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 evredir. Koordinasyon ve ritim artm\u0131\u015f olsa da bedenin kullan\u0131m\u0131ndaki abart\u0131 veya yetersizlik devam etmektedir. Fiziksel veya zihinsel olarak gerekli geli\u015fimi g\u00f6sterebilmi\u015f olan \u00e7ocuklar, bu evreye kolayca uyum sa\u011flarlar. \n<\/p>

<\/a>Olgunluk Evresi<\/h2>\n

\n 5 – 7 ya\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kapsayan bu evrede g\u00f6zlemlenen \u00e7ocuk davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 bir yeti\u015fkine k\u0131yasla hen\u00fcz gerekli olgunlu\u011fa eri\u015fememi\u015f olsa da yeterince uyumlu, kontroll\u00fc ve etkili hareketler oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenebilir. Gerekli ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131n sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131, \u00e7evresel destekle ve ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015fl\u0131kla, becerilerin zamanla d\u00fczelece\u011fini ifade eder. Bu d\u00f6nemde beceriler \u00f6nce en basit haliyle edinilir ve daha sonra deneyim, olgunla\u015fma ve \u00e7evresel desteklerle geli\u015ftirilir. Temel hareketler d\u00f6neminde ama\u00e7, becerilerin en \u00fcst seviyede kazan\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r.\n<\/p>\n

\n Temel hareketler d\u00f6nemindeki \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n yeterli beceriyi kazanmas\u0131nda fiziksel olgunla\u015fman\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra \u00e7evresel ve bireysel fakt\u00f6rler de \u00f6nem arz eder. Oyun parklar\u0131, spor alanlar\u0131 gibi hareket alan\u0131 bulunan, kendisine uygun ortam haz\u0131rlanan, hareketleri deneyimleme \u015fans\u0131 olan ve spor yapan rol modelleri g\u00f6zlemleyebilen \u00e7ocuklar, bu d\u00f6nemde temel becerileri daha h\u0131zl\u0131 ve iyi seviyede kazanabilirler. \n<\/p>\n

\n T\u00fcm geli\u015fim alanlar\u0131 birbirleriyle uyum i\u00e7inde ve etkile\u015fim halindedir. Temel becerilerin kazan\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00e7ocu\u011fun sosyal ve duygusal geli\u015fimi \u00fczerinde de etkili olur. \u00d6rne\u011fin \u00e7e\u015fitli spor dallar\u0131nda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n, kendine g\u00fcvenen, kendisini iyi ifade eden bireyler oldu\u011funu g\u00f6zlemlemek olas\u0131d\u0131r.\n<\/p>\n

\n Temel hareketler d\u00f6nemindeki bir \u00e7ocuk ayn\u0131 anda farkl\u0131 evrelerin \u00f6zelliklerini sergileyebilir. Yakalamada ilk evrede iken f\u0131rlatmada olgunluk evresine varm\u0131\u015f olabilir veya y\u00fcr\u00fcmede ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 evresinde ile ko\u015fmada ilk evrede olabilir. Bu da temel hareketler d\u00f6neminde evreler aras\u0131nda kesin \u00e7izgiler olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve evrelerin birbirine ge\u00e7mi\u015f halde ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eder.\n<\/p>\n
