2026-2027 ACADEMIC YEAR STUDENT ADMISSION AND ENROLLMENT PROCESSES
At BÜMED MEÇ Schools, admission and enrollment processes are conducted with an approach that respects each student's individual development, addressing academic, social, and emotional dimensions together. Prospective parents are comprehensively informed during this process about the school's educational philosophy, learning culture, and school climate.
KINDERGARTEN STUDENT ADMISSION
Prospective students aged 36 months and above are admitted to our kindergarten.
Age Groups to be Admitted in the 2026–2027 Academic Year:
- Nursery Class: Born in 2023
- Pre-K Class: Born in 2022
- Preparatory Class: Born in 2021
PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENT ADMISSION
For prospective students applying to primary school, the process is conducted through activities aimed at understanding the student's developmental characteristics.
- For all prospective students applying to 1st grade, a acquaintance and orientation session is conducted by the Guidance and Psychological Counseling Department.
- For applications to intermediate primary grades (2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades); in addition to orientation sessions, academic evaluations suitable for the students' levels may be applied. Admissions are made within the quota availability.
MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENT ADMISSION
Student admission to BÜMED MEÇ Middle School is carried out through an evaluation process that considers the student's academic background alongside thinking skills, learning approach, and developmental characteristics.
- For prospective students applying to the middle school level, an academic evaluation and a PDR Student Orientation Study are applied.
ENROLLMENT PROCESS - GENERAL WORKFLOW
- Prospective parents can initiate the process by contacting our schools' admissions office or by filling out the Online Enrollment Application Form on the school website.
- Our admissions consultants provide information to prospective parents about the process; appointments are scheduled for orientation studies and interviews.
- A school presentation is delivered to the parent by the school administration.
- All evaluations are reviewed and finalized by the relevant departments.
TRANSITION PROCESS BETWEEN SCHOOL LEVELS
- Students who complete BÜMED MEÇ Kindergarten and are observed to be developmentally ready for primary school earn the right to transition to primary school.
- Students completing BÜMED MEÇ Primary School can transition to middle school in line with the evaluations of the primary school administration and teachers.
PRIORITY AND QUOTA INFORMATION
- Siblings of students currently studying at BÜMED MEÇ Schools are granted priority until the specified final registration date.
- All enrollment procedures are carried out within the framework of established quotas.
