1. As Merak Eden Çocuk Eğitim Kurumları A.Ş. ("MEÇ Schools"), we attach great importance to the protection of your personal data. This Clarification Text has been prepared pursuant to Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("LPPD") and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, in order to fulfill our obligation to inform in accordance with the data subject group (visitor) to which you belong.

Within this scope, in accordance with the LPPD, for the purposes of fulfilling the legal obligations of MEÇ Schools, conducting contract processes, managing requests, complaints, and reputation management processes, managing parent relations and satisfaction processes, providing information to authorized persons, institutions, and organizations, and presenting and following up on proposals regarding the establishment of contracts; your name, surname, phone number, email address, request, complaint, and reputation management information, content information regarding your request, and any additional information you share with us through your explicit consent will be processed in all types of electronic media and, when necessary, in physical paper form.
3. Your personal data will be processed based on the data processing condition of your explicit consent, as stipulated under Article 5 of the LPPD.
4. The personal data you have shared with MEÇ Schools will be shared with authorized persons, institutions, and organizations domestically and/or abroad, suppliers, our legal advisors, and institutions and organizations from which we receive consultancy services, in line with the data processing purposes listed under Section "2".
5. We would like to remind you that under Article 11 of the LPPD, you have the following rights: To learn whether your personal data is processed or not, to request information if your personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, to know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, to request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and to request the notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear despite having been processed in accordance with the LPPD and other relevant law provisions and to request the notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, to object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, to demand the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
